Classes at Jak's Bakery

Learn techniques for braiding and decorating beautiful breads, and how to make hand-pulled phyllo. No experience necessary, all skill levels welcome! We will also provide light fare and beverages, in addition to your baked masterpiece.

Each class begins at 6:00pm on the date you select, and the duration is listed in the class description. They range around 2 hours.

Our Classes

Important Info:
These classes are hands-on, and will involve getting a little messy and up-close and personal with dough. We will provide aprons, but please wear appropriate attire and closed-toed shoes. Classes are small (max 6) to ensure individual instruction.

 

Note: Classes are non-refundable; contact us if a conflict arises and based on availability we will arrange an alternative date. 

Location: All classes will be held at Jak's Bakery in Bloomfield. Street parking is available but not guaranteed.

All classes start at 6:00pm.  Plan for them to last 2 to 3 hours (depending on the size and speed of the group).
