This braided bread is popular during Easter both for eating at home and also for sharing and giving as a gift. It is made from a sweet yeast dough similar to Challah dough. Our Special Kozunak is made with raisins, candied peel, and slivered almonds, and the Classic is, well, classic - dusted with sugar and delicious.
