Kifla is a crescent-shaped pastry made with sweet yeast dough. They usually have a sweet filling of jam (rose hip or plum) or chocolate. One of our unique variations includes halvah, a Middle Eastern desert made with sesame seeds. This type of Kifla is surprising in its depth of flavor and is something that you can’t find anywhere else. Cinnamon-sugar is another crowd favorite that we offer.
