What We Bake

We offer a variety of pastries and breads, starting with sweet, savory or hand-pulled phyllo dough. Jak's Bakery offers a variety of kifla (rolled pastries with sweet fillings) as well as delicious hearty rolls with cheese or meat fillings. Flaky hand-pulled banitsa, which is a folded phyllo pastry with various fillings is a must-try.
