Kozunak (Easter Bread)

This sightly sweet braided bread similar to Challah, but with a lighter crumb. It is welcome at any table for any holiday whether you are celebrating at home or will be sharing or giving as a gift (though it's most popularly known in Bulgaria as an Easter bread). As an aside, it makes perfectly delicious sandwiches or French Toast!
We offer two variants:
Classic - Sweet Braided Bread 
Special - With raisins, candied orange and lemon peel, and topped with sliced almonds
