Tutmanik Minis (Half-Tray)

We've put our twist on this three-layered savory bread by adding sun-dried tomatoes, and Kalamata olives within the layers, and dusting it with garlic. It is similar in texture to focaccia, but the ingredients are folded within the layers for a perfect bite.
Tutmanik Minis* are half the size of our regular Tutmanik (shown in pic, which makes them great as a side or snack for holiday or event tables.
